For optimum surface finish and contour duplication on your flat test specimens, you need carbide cutting tools engineered specifically for high speed machining with the 10-13 Tensilkut I. Super cutting edge sharpness combined with the proper angles of cut and relief are essential to achieve the fine shavings required for non-deformed specimen edges.

Which 40-60 Tensilbit best fits your needs?



*Please note: For best results in cutting Kevlar, we suggest use of the 40-65 Tensilbit for cutting all but the final .005" of the samples, with the 40-66 Tensilbit used to remove the last .005" and eliminate the frayed edges commonly experienced when cutting this material.
